Maxim plays a Casotto "Zero Sette" button accordion from the year 2010. Basically Maxim works with Neumann and DPA microphones.

Maxim lives with his three children in Berlin - Nikolassee. He is an avid motorboat driver and is often seen on board his "Calliope" at the Wannsee.
